Q. | Do I have to use a credit card to book a reservation on-line and is it secure? | | A. | EclipseHotels requires a credit card for all bookings through this website. The reservation processing is handled by a secured server that encrypts your credit card information for your protection. | Q. | Which credit cards can be used to guarantee a reservation? | | A. | EclipseHotels currently accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, EuroCard and Diner's Club. | Q. | Do you accept any other form of payment? | | A. | For online reservations, we require a valid credit card as to guarantee the reservation, however once you have arrived at the hotel you may as well choose to pay cash, or arrange a Company Payment with the Credit Manager in each of our hotels. | Q. | What currency will be charged to my credit card for my online reservation? | | A. | We do not charge your credit card for online reservations, except if you miss the cancellation deadline or your reservation becomes a No Show, in this case the hotel will charge your credit card in the local currency as per the Cancellation Conditions you agree to by making the reservation. |
