Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International, a Philippine headquartered Hotel Management company with interests in Hotel, Resort and Restaurant development in the Asia Pacific region, announced that it committed resources to re-vamp and update the restaurant concept of one of its Franchise Offerings named "Flames - A cut above the rest".
"Restaurant concepts are living and breathing organisms and will change with time and the changing requirements of customers and lifestyle", said Thomas Milani, Chief Operating Officer of Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International.
"Over the last 2 years, since we created the Flames concept, eating and lifestyle habits have changed and so will our approach to the restaurant. Even that our signature will stay the best cuts of meat grilled fresh on our open flame grill, we have added additional Low Carb items to our menu and implemented a complete new Bar Menu for our new Flames Bar."
The addition of the Flames Bar to the design concept and the inclusion of highly trained Bartending staff was the start to the revamp of the concept. A full Bar Drink Menu was added with over 200 drink items on them including two new created drinks just for the Flames Bar.
The Flames restaurant is part of the EclipseHotels standard Hotel Management contract and is as well available as individual franchise.
