GenaRes provides to EclipseHotels a customized joint solution with distribution via all the major GDSs, such as Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus and Worldspan, and distribution to the thousands of Internet sites around the world that are connected to the Pegasus Solutions Online Distribution Network (Nasdaq: PEGS).

The customized solution specifically developed for all EclipseHotels is known as Eclipse.CRS powered by GenaRes and is required and used in all EclipseHotels and plugs seamlessly into the EclipseHotels.com and EclipseCoronaClub.com websites as well.

Park Royale Hospitality is EclipseHotels' first partner on the Indian Subcontinent and has its offices in Bangalore in the State of Karnataka. As part of the Park Royale Group, Park Royale Hospitality Services is currently the only duly authorized agent for all services of EclipseHotels and EclipseRestaurants in India and Nepal.

Through the close cooperation of both companies all Eclipse Hotel brands and EclipseRestaurants concepts and franchise systems are now available in India with the local support and experience of the Park Royale Hospitality Executives lead by Chief Executive Officer - George Abraham and Chief Operating Officer - Rajiv Dutta.
