Planning, implementation and supervision of marketing activities, including reservations, public relations, advertising, collateral production and market research. Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International will recommend and establish the corporate identity for individual properties.

• Sales Support

Planning, supervision and implementation of worldwide sales activities, such as appointing General Sales Agents, attending trade shows/conferences, recruiting staff and monitoring sales results.

• Reservation Services – Asia

Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International provides dedicated and toll-free reservations hotlines in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Japan, Korea and the Philippines. Bookings are forwarded from travel agencies, commercial accounts and the general public. Monthly reservations reports are supplied to the Operations.

• Sales Representation – Asia

Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International provides sales representation in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Japan, Korea and the Philippines, which involves sales executives carrying out sales calls on travel agencies, corporate accounts and airlines directly representing the operation. Such activities are managed by Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International offices and their General Sales Agents in these countries.

• Financial Services

Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International will provide such financial services as financial projections, accounting systems and controls, internal audits, data processing and computerization, cash flow management and purchasing systems and controls.

• Hotel Auditing

Providing a complete Hotel Audit of all operational departments in a hotel, including review of implemented policies and procedures.

• Food & Beverage Services

Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International provides more than 7 fully developed Restaurant concepts to their member Hotels, which include all materials for a successful operation of a Restaurant. All concepts are available to non-Eclipse members for franchising as well.

• Engineering Services

Providing full analysis and recommendations on Maintenance & Engineering for properties in operation, including establishing energy systems, and M&E recommendations for properties under construction.
