- No, however this website will always provide the best available rate, you will not be able to get a better rate at any other website or at any Call Center
- Will I have instant access to room availibility?
- Yes, our Online booking system will show you which rooms and rates are available at any participating hotel.
- Do you have pictures of the hotels on your website or does each hotel have there own website?
- Each EclipseHotel has its own website which must be kept at a certain standard as set by the EclipseHotels corporate office. You can access any of these websites through this site to see pictures of the hotels, rooms and facilites.
- Are room rates quoted in the local currency?
- Some Hotels the rates are in local currency and some hotels are in US Dollars, however we have inside our booking engine a Currency Converter built in, in order to give you an indication of the actual value in US Dollar or other currencies as you choose.
- Am I able to reserve a room with a certain type of bed, smoking/non-smoking, window view, etc.?
- This depends on the set-up each single hotel makes for their online reservations system, but in general the set-up will allow you to make detailed choices for your room preferences.
- If I am staying at a EclipseHotel, can they make reservations for me at other EclipseHotels?
- Yes, every EclipseHotel is connected with its sister hotels through our Reservation system and can make a reservation for you directly.

- You will receive your reservation number instantly at the end of the Online Reservation process on our website.
- How do I cancel my reservation?
- Yes, just come back here to our website and click on the Change/Cancel Reservation link under the Menu item "My Eclipse" and follow the On-Screen steps to cancel your reservation.
- How do I modify my existing reservation?
