- Do I have to use a credit card to book a reservation on-line and is it secure?
- EclipseHotels requires a credit card for all bookings through this website. The reservation processing is handled by a secured server that encrypts your credit card information for your protection.
- Which credit cards can be used to guarantee a reservation?
- EclipseHotels currently accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, EuroCard and Diner's Club.
- Do you accept any other form of payment?
- For online reservations, we require a valid credit card as to guarantee the reservation, however once you have arrived at the hotel you may as well choose to pay cash, or arrange a Company Payment with the Credit Manager in each of our hotels.
- What currency will be charged to my credit card for my online reservation?
- We do not charge your credit card for online reservations, except if you miss the cancellation deadline or your reservation becomes a No Show, in this case the hotel will charge your credit card in the local currency as per the Cancellation Conditions you agree to by making the reservation.

- How do I change or cancel the reservation I made from this website?
- Just come back here to our website and click on the Change/Cancel Reservation link under the Menu item "My Eclipse" and follow the on-screen steps to cancel and or change your reservation.
- Will I be able to reverify my reservation after it has been made?
- Yes, again just come back here to our website and click on the Change/Cancel Reservation link under the Menu item "My Eclipse" to look up your reservation.
- Will I be charged a night's stay if I do not arrive and forget to cancel my reservation?
- Yes, please see Cancellation rules for each reservation, you will need to agree to them before an Online Reservation will be finalized.
