  1. Do I have to use a credit card to book a reservation on-line and is it secure?
    1. EclipseHotels requires a credit card for all bookings through this website. The reservation processing is handled by a secured server that encrypts your credit card information for your protection.
  2. Which credit cards can be used to guarantee a reservation?
    1. EclipseHotels currently accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, EuroCard and Diner's Club.
  3. Do you accept any other form of payment?
    1. For online reservations, we require a valid credit card as to guarantee the reservation, however once you have arrived at the hotel you may as well choose to pay cash, or arrange a Company Payment with the Credit Manager in each of our hotels.
  4. What currency will be charged to my credit card for my online reservation?
    1. We do not charge your credit card for online reservations, except if you miss the cancellation deadline or your reservation becomes a No Show, in this case the hotel will charge your credit card in the local currency as per the Cancellation Conditions you agree to by making the reservation.

  1. How do I change or cancel the reservation I made from this website?
    1. Just come back here to our website and click on the Change/Cancel Reservation link under the Menu item "My Eclipse" and follow the on-screen steps to cancel and or change your reservation.
  2. Will I be able to reverify my reservation after it has been made?
    1. Yes, again just come back here to our website and click on the Change/Cancel Reservation link under the Menu item "My Eclipse" to look up your reservation.
  3. Will I be charged a night's stay if I do not arrive and forget to cancel my reservation?
    1. Yes, please see Cancellation rules for each reservation, you will need to agree to them before an Online Reservation will be finalized.
