The Hospitality Industry Solutions Company of Saudi Arabia and Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International of Hong Kong have announced that they have signed a Joint venture Agreement for the establishment of a new subsidiary of EclipseHotels for the Middle East and Northern Africa.
