Morning Cloud Trading signs with EclipseHotels for Thailand Golf Resorts

Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International, a Hong Kong Hotel Management company with interests in Hotel, Resort and Restaurant development in the Asia Pacific region, announced that it has signed a definite agreement with Thailand's Morning Cloud Trading Limited, an investment conglomerate, to promote and manage the first of its series of Luxury Golf Resorts in Thailand.
Additionally a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed by both parties for EclipseHotels to be the preferred operator of 9 additional upcoming Luxury Golf Resorts in Thailand developed by Morning Cloud Trading over the next few years.

The present project, to be known as "The Luniaire Golf Resort Pattaya" will be the first of a series of Golf and Country Club sites in the "land of smiles", which consist of single full service villas and studio suites with a double-level swimming pool, waterfall and infinity edge connecting all villas, suites and the clubhouse. At the first project located insidethe Phoenix Golf and Country Club Pattaya, Thailand, the villas are equipped with state of the art room facilities, wireless internet, full kitchenettes and everything a traveler may need for a short or extended stay. Access to the award winning 27 hole golf course of the Phoenix Golf & Country Club is through electric Golf Carts provided.
