03/2008 - EclipseHotels & THIS form Eclipse Hospitality MENA Joint Venture in Dubai

The Hospitality Industry Solutions Company of Saudi Arabia and Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International of Hong Kong have announced that they have signed a Joint venture Agreement for the establishment of a new subsidiary of EclipseHotels for the Middle East and Northern Africa.
With the establishment of Eclipse Hospitality MENA FZ-LLC in the Dubai Free Zone area, all services, products and brands trademarked by Eclipse Hotels will be exclusively offered for Owners, Developers and Investors in the area of the Middle East and Northern Africa under the new company.
Eclipse Hospitality will be contracted to manage hotels in the area which either are owned by shareholders of THIS or independent Owners, Investors and Developers in the Middle East and Northern Africa. Additionally EclipseHotels will assist Eclipse Hospitality in the sale and marketing of all managed properties and implement all properties into its wordwide Sales & Marketing Offices as well its Marketing expertise to promote these packages. All properties will as well be distributed through the unified Global Distribution platfom Eclipse.CRS which connects each property with over 600.000 travle agents, internet portals and hotel booking websites.
